We are looking for experienced, highly-motivated and results-driven Travel Consultants to join our Toronto head office Inside Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming phone calls and emails from travel agents and direct customers
* Provide the utmost customer service to our customers
* Book tours, international airfare and insurance
* Meet and exceed monthly sales (team and personal) targets
Requirements:
* Exceptional selling and customer service skills
* Motivated to achieve sales targets and other Key Performance Indicators
* Flexibility to work shifts, evenings and weekends
* Create a positive sales environment
* Ability to sell adventure product
* Worldwide geography knowledge & travel experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Sabre or Apollo
The successful candidate will have 1+ years of travel agency retail experience. Previous experience with Adventure Travel is an asset.
