To excel as an Activity staff member, you have an outgoing, confident personality, can think on your feet and demonstrate good sense in all of your actions. You provide sound advice, consistently apply best practices, and can be assertive when required to ensure that guests minimize activity risk. You are a champion of communication and you work well individually or as part of a team. Prior experience leading or teaching outdoor activities is an asset. 

Monkido Aerial Adventure Course Guides:

Our Monkido tree courses are elevated obstacle courses set in the beautiful Douglas Fir forest and securely suspended in the trees at 10 to 50 feet off the ground! Elements include zip lines, bridges, scramble nets and swinging logs. Guests of all ages take this course on their own, with friends or in larger groups. The Monkido Aerial Adventure Course Guides are responsible for the safety of guests on the courses and for ensuring the guests’ experience is one of challenge and enjoyment.
